Printing gives you many advantages: it's durable and it can create unique and complex designs using extremely vivid colours.
If your logo has bright and vibrant colours then screen printing could be the best choice for you to bring those colours to life.
Once we have received your logo, using specialised RIP software it is then separated into different colours for each screen, after the colour/s are applied the garment will go through a curing process to ensure the ink does not wear or wash out. Screen printing is great for a range of different garments from t-shirts, hoodies to hi vis vests.
Our ultra-reliable heavy duty VASTEX carosels are the most innovative and reliable manual screen printing equipment on the market.
This process is ideal for orders of 25 or more items where multiple garments are using the same logo.
From polos and shirts, to caps and overalls. If you can think of it, we can probably embroider it.
Embroidered garments are ideal for giving your workforce a strong identity and help to promote your brand.
Your logo is converted into an embroidery format using industry leading digitising software and then submitted to the embroidery machines. The actual embroidery process is carried out by our state-of-the-art Tajima and ZSK embroidery machines using only Madeira threads, industry leaders for strength and durability, with unbeatable colour fastness. We can guarantee you a professional finish that will last the life time of the garment.
We have no minimum order size so you can order as many or as few items as you need.
Vinyl Transfer printing is an alternative to screen-printing that is perfect for personalising lots of different items, such as initials or numbers on a football kit, hen night tshirts and one offs.
We can create many different finishes and effects to meet your needs, using quality vinyls in a number of finishes, plain, sparkly, glow in the dark ... etc. We have no minimum order size so you can order as many or as few items as you require.
Vinyl transfer involves computer-controlled equipment precisely cutting shapes from sheet vinyl, weeding, and placing onto a substrate such as a t-shirt or hi vis vest for heat application.
Similar application methods we can provide include Dye Sublimation & Laser Transfer.
For the best possible results when adding your logo onto any of our (or your) garments we will need your logo as outlined below :
To avoid unnecessary charges and delays and to ensure you receive the highest quality customisation please review our artwork guidelines below.
Should you not have the artwork in a format suitable for customisation if neccessary we can re-draw your file to a suitable type for a fee of £15.00.
For Screen Printing and Vinyl Transfer Ai and EPS vector files are our preferred file types.
Don’t know the difference? It’s easy to tell the difference between vectors and other formats.
If you zoom into a vector, you will see no jagged edges or distortion.
If you zoom into a raster such as a jpeg, the image and edges will become blurry.
Don’t save a raster it as a AI or EPS file – it’s still a raster file and would be unusable unless we re-draw it for a fee.
PDFs must be created from vector files and maintain editing capabilities.
If your logo has any text , then these fonts MUST be converted to paths. This simply means that the font is converted to a graphic object and cannot be changed. If this is not done, then when we receive the file and don’t have the equivalent font, we won’t be able to match your artwork.
For Transfer and Dye Sublimation we would still prefer vector formats but sometimes high resolution images may be up to the task. We will advise prior to any work taking place.
For Embroidery all files types are accepted as long as the resolution is high quality, though sometimes our digitizer can work miracles with less than ideal artwork!
For all first time customers there is a fee for logos or graphics to be converted into a embroidery format (digitising), this is a one off fee and your embroidered artwork will be held on file for future orders.
