OUR SERVICES:

Screen Printing

Screen printing gives you many advantages: it's durable and it can create unique and complex designs using extremely vivid colours.

Once we have received your logo, using specialised RIP software it is then separated into different colours for each screen, after the colour/s are applied the garment will go through a curing process to ensure the ink does not wear or wash out. Screen printing is great for a range of different garments from t-shirts, hoodies to hi vis vests.

Our ultra-reliable heavy duty VASTEX carousels are the most innovative and reliable manual screen printing equipment on the market.

This process is ideal for orders of 25 or more items where multiple garments are using the same logo.

We are excited to introduce an eco-friendly screen printing service using water-based inks for our sustainable apparel range.

Embroidery

From polos and shirts, to caps and overalls. If you can think of it, we can probably embroider it.

Embroidered garments are ideal for giving your workforce a strong identity and help to promote your brand.

Your logo is converted into an embroidery format using industry leading digitising software and then submitted to the embroidery machines. The actual embroidery process is carried out by our state-of-the-art Tajima and ZSK embroidery machines using only Madeira threads, industry leaders for strength and durability, with unbeatable colour fastness. We can guarantee you a professional finish that will last the life time of the garment.

We are excited to introduce our eco-embroidery service using biodegradable and recycled embroidery threads for our sustainable range.

We have no minimum order size so you can order as many or as few items as you need.

DTF

Direct to film, commonly known as DTF, is a process in which a graphic printed onto a piece of film with various coloured water based inks is applied to an apparel item.

How long does DTF printing last?

A number that you hear thrown around is that the industry standard for printed clothing is 50 washes. Many agree, however, that DTG prints will last longer than that. Another way to look at it is that direct-to-garment prints tend to last the life of the garment — and age along with it.

DTF printing is more versatile than screen printing, meaning that you can use it to create a wider range of locations on the shirt. And finally, for certain types of jobs and small runs,

DTF is a full colour eco-friendly printing process.

Digital Print

Digital printing is the process of printing digital-based images directly onto a variety of media substrates. Digital files such as PDFs or desktop publishing files can be sent directly to the digital printing press to print on paper, photo paper, canvas, fabric, synthetics, cardstock and other substrates.

Dye-Sublimation Printing  is a digital computer printing technique that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as plastic, card.  It is an eco-friendly printing process using water-based inks & paper that can be recycled.

Print & Cut - A printer cutter is an all in one solution that can print and cut your artwork from the same machine. Used with printable transfer medias, a print and cut machine uses solvent ink to print your design.

Vinyl Transfer

Vinyl Transfer printing is an alternative to screen-printing that is perfect for personalising lots of different items, such as initials or numbers on a football kit, hen night t-shirts and one offs.

We can create many different finishes and effects to meet your needs, using quality vinyl in a number of finishes, plain, sparkly, glow in the dark ... etc. We have no minimum order size so you can order as many or as few items as you require.

Vinyl transfer involves computer-controlled equipment precisely cutting shapes from sheet vinyl, and placing onto a substrate such as a t-shirt or hi vis vest for heat application.
